iCO at competition 2018

We love being able to offer a safe place for kids to try performance and competition while continuing to progress their skills to an elite level with iCo companies and solos. Here are a few of our accomplishments for 2018-

In November we took a handful of girls down to OKC for DMA Fall Convention classes where they have the opportunity to audition for scholarships, and learn from exceptional DMA Nationals teachers (including a former Rockette!) in the Oklahoma City University dance studios. We are so proud of our dancers' dedication and bravery.

In December our Mini and Junior companies were invited to perform at the BOK Center's Breakfast with Santa! We had the best time providing entertainment for Santa and his guests.

In January all companies performed at Dance for a Cure, Tulsa benefiting Gold4Kids pediatric cancer research and prevention. Again, another time to showcase our dancers without the pressure of competition.

One of our favorite weekends of the year is DMA Titles scholarship competition where soloist compete for a crown and title by performing their solo, taking audition classes in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and acrobatics, as well as interviews. Maddy even brought home the Highest Score for Interview in the Junior Miss Dance category!

In February Eva ventured to Showbiz OKC representing our Inspire family well!

In March we attended PrimeTime Tulsa: 3 soloists placed in their top 10. All 4 companies placed in their overalls- Mini's took 1st place for 6 and under! and our Seniors qualified to dance again in the live finals receiving 3rd overall for ALL Senior CE Groups and Lines!

We will attend Tremaine convention and competition, DMA PAC competition, and Revolution Tulsa before the season ends in May!
