Intro to dance/tumbling

We’re so excited to announce a new addition to our classes- ZUMBA! Come join our instructor, Brenna Mullins every Tuesday at 7:00pm for an hour of crazy fun Latin-infused dancing. It’s a total body workout combining cardio, muscle toning, balance, and flexibility. No dance experience necessary! Grab your water bottles and bring your smiles because it’s gonna be a party. Teens and adults welcome.

Zumba is $15 for a single class and $45/month

Ages 2-3 looking for an introduction to dance through creative movement, ballet, and tumbling. We will teach with lots of fun songs and props to help build a strong foundation for further dance styles.

Attire: tights and leotard (attached skirts only) preferred. barefoot or ballet shoes.

Combo Dance

Ballet- Tap- Jazz styles. We believe in training well-rounded dancers. The best way to form a foundation for any dance style is ballet. Now, this is not a movie with a terrifying ballet master, your combo class will likely allow you to take from two teachers if scheduling allows. This allows dancers to be exposed to plenty of new ideas and styles. Tap (with the noisy shoes) is the best way to form musicality and rhythm while challenging coordination. Jazz is usually the easy sale because it is just so FUN. Dancers will get a mixture of jazz styles like lyrical, contemporary, pop jazz, or musical theater depending on the day. Yes, you have to take all three styles, but I promise you will grow to love and appreciate it.

Attire: Girls need tights and leotard. ballet, tap, and jazz shoes.

Boys need athletic shorts or pants and a fitted tshirt. ballet, tap, and jazz shoes.

Classes will begin with strength and flexibility exercises as they safely progress into to tumbling skills.

Tumbling I is geared toward beginner students ages 4+ focusing on rolls, cartwheels, bridges, strength building and progressing to limbers.

Tumbling II is geared toward intermediate students K-2nd grade focusing on limbers and walkovers progressing to bigger tumbling like aerials and handsprings.

Tumbling III is an advanced class focusing on the strength/weakness of each student progressing up to aerials, back handsprings, back tucks, etc.

Attire: athletic wear and barefoot.
